What is the cost of transport?

The calculation of transport costs is based on the distance required to deliver and/or collect the material, as well as the volume and weight of the items ordered. It is essential that you communicate any delivery difficulties and truck accessibility issues in advance (e.g., narrow street, sharp turns, stairs, entrance door size, etc.). This transport fee includes the delivery and collection of the event material, fuel, truck, and road taxes. It also includes a maximum of 30 minutes of loading and unloading time to deliver and collect the material on the ground floor at the building's entrance. Please note how the material is packed upon delivery. For collection, the items must be stacked on the pallet in the same location and manner. Any additional loading or unloading time will be invoiced at €45 per man-hour + 21% VAT.
