Do we have to clean the material before returning it?

You may return the material uncleaned, but it must be neatly stowed in the crates in which it was delivered. For glassware, compartments are provided that clearly indicate how many pieces fit per crate. Simply place each glass upside down in its designated slot, with the foot of the glass pointing down, similar to your home dishwasher. For plates, here is a handy trick: place the crate on its side to make it easier to load or unload the plates. You must remove all food scraps, sort the cutlery, and clean kitchen materials of grease, oil, or food residue. Linens must be dry, and napkins should not be knotted. Please remove any glitter, candle wax, tags, etc., from the linens. CDR will ensure the linens are carefully washed, but they must be placed back in the original transport boxes.

Use Your Checklist. Review the material checklist sent with your order confirmation email. This simple step helps you avoid unnecessary fees.

Note the Packaging. Pay close attention to how the equipment is packed upon delivery; replicating this method will simplify sorting and repacking after use.

All furniture must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. The furniture is delivered on transport trolleys and must be returned on those same trolleys in the identical configuration. Additional charges on a time and materials basis may apply if these instructions are not followed.
