What if materials are missing from the delivery?
We conduct a comprehensive check before departure, but we also ask the client to always verify the order upon delivery. Damage, defects, or shortages reported before the event will be delivered subsequently at no extra cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reports of damage, defects, or shortages made after the event.
